GNIMS Research Policy 2019-2020

Objective

To Promote Research Through Various Collaboration with Education Institutes

Functions: 

  • To locate and define areas where Research work can be extensively carried out.
  • To encourage faculty to present their Research Paper at National and International level. 
  • To maintain close liaison with industry, undertake sponsored projects.
  • To Conduct two FDP and MDP Program.
  • To encourage students for Research and Live Projects.
  • To seek collaboration with other Research Institutions Like University of Mumbai, IITs, Regional Colleges for mutual benefits. 
  • To prepare a comprehensive list of funding agencies that allocate funds for Research projects.
  •  To encourage faculty members to undertake Minor/Major Research Projects from various funding agencies like University of Mumbai, AICTE, UGC, ICSSR, etc. 
  • To organize National/ International Conferences, Seminars on recent and thrust areas. 
  • To check the originality of the Research through Plagiarism Software.
  • To analysis the Statistic SPSS Software is used.
  • GNIMS intends to provide consultancy to MSMES at nominal cause to enable them overcome issues utilizing the expertise of the GNIMS Faculty. All consultancy resourced by GNIMS shall be allocated to Faculty as per their specialization for their personal development. The Faculty may also recruit a team of students to assist in the project.
  • Any consultancy sourced by the Faculty from their individual network shall be encouraged and undertaken by the institute on a revenue sharing formula mutually agreed and approved by the management
