Prof. Chaddah is faculty In-Charge (Marketing) and Academic Co-ordinator for Part Time Program. An examiner for M.Phil Program, Dr. Jyotinder regularly conducts corporate and academic training on different aspects of Management. She regularly contributes to prestigious research journals. Apart from this, she has organized and participated in research conferences and seminars. Institutions have also invited her to chair sessions at various occasions. She regularly presents papers at Retail Seminar and conferences organised by Said Business School. She encourages students to pursue research. Under her guidance, students have won prizes for their research initiative. Her areas of expertise are Retail Marketing and International Marketing. As a front runner in the Institution, she recognizes and understands patterns, synthesizes information quickly to anticipate the effect of emerging trends across sectors on B school. This helps her in undertaking branding and business development activities for the Institute. Prior to Joining GNIMS, she has worked in Blue chip companies like Dell Computers in Bracknell, UK, Reliance Infocomm and Indian Express. At present she is the Western Region chapter leader of Oxford Brookes University in India.
