Dr. Sagaljit Kaur comes with 8 years of varied industry experience in the field of Human Resources and an experience of 11 years in Academics. She has completed her doctorate from NMIMS University and has interest in General Management and Human Resource subjects. Currently, she is the process owner for Human Resource department at GNIMS and has been an active contributor in revamping the syllabi of University of Mumbai. She is a recognized Teacher from the University of Mumbai for the post graduate management courses and has published research papers in various eminent National and International journals including IIM Kohizode, UGC-Care journals, and SCOPUS indexed journals. She has been a regular member of various Local Inquiry Committees appointed by the University of Mumbai and is a certified internal quality auditor for the ISO Standard 9001:2015.

She has successfully completed the Harvard Business School Online Certificate Program on “Design Thinking and Innovation” and has pursued funded research projects from University of Mumbai and AIMS Research & Innovation Fellowship Grant.
