Prof. Lohita Ramarao Ardhi

She is a highly accomplished and forward-thinking management and technology educator with over 4 years of experience in IT corporate worldand 11 years of extensive experience in teaching, IT head, student counsellor, AICTE IIC compliance. She has completed her Bachelor’s in Information Technology from Vidyalankar College, Wadala in 2010, MBA (Operations) from Southern New Hampshire University U.S.A in 2015, Master in Information Technology from University of Mumbai in 2021. Worked in well renowned D.G RuparelDegree College, R.A. Podar Degree College and Guru Nanak Khalsa Degree College. Currently serving as the Academic Coordinator for the PGDM program in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science at Guru Nanak Institute of Management Studies (GNIMS), Mumbai, she plays a pivotal role in academic planning, curriculum enhancement, and holistic student development. Her contributions extend to ensuring delivering interdisciplinary instruction across management and information technology domains. Her teaching portfolio includes subjects such as Computer Systems and Applications, Business Statistics, Mathematics and Logic, Human Resource Management, Strategic Analysis Tools and Models, Management Information Systems, Creativity in Advertising and Media Planning, E-Commerce, Strategic Management, Information Technology in Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and Business Planning and Entrepreneurial Management, Corporate Communications and Public Relations. In addition to her academic leadership, she has actively organized and led impactful academic initiatives, including seminars on Artificial Intelligence—covering emerging concepts, industry trends, and market implications—and INNOVATEX, an intercollegiate innovation and startup competition conducted under the AICTE Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) initiative at Guru Nanak Khalsa College. Her technical teaching expertise spans a broad spectrum, including Cryptography, Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure Management, Python, C/C++, Java, SQL, Database Management Systems (DBMS), and Visual Basic, across undergraduate and postgraduate programs. She has also contributed significantly to academic governance as a paper setter, moderator, and external examiner for the University of Mumbai. Prof. Lohita is deeply committed to integrating innovative pedagogical practices and educational technologies into the learning environment. She has led student mentoring initiatives and guided numerous academic projects and case studies, particularly in Management Information Systems (MIS). Through her workshops on AI integration in education, she continues to empower both students and educators to effectively engage with emerging technologies.
